The OSI Partner Program (OPP)
The OSI Partner Program is ideal for progressive thinking laboratories who desire maximum return on investment, long term growth and stability, and total customer satisfaction. The OSI Partner Program is our most preferred level of service and maintenance providing premium quality technical support, the highest priority response time for incoming service calls, complete software maintenance (including program updates), enrollment in our lens data subscription service, regular onsite professional services (built in to the program), and preferred locked rates for all additional products and services. The OSI Partner Program is designed to benefit both new laboratories considering OMICS and existing customers already using the OMICS lab management solution. Enhanced Service
A high quality mid-level customer care program providing priority technical support, quick response times to all service calls (2 hour response guarantee), software updates, and access to our lens data subscription service.


Basic Service
Our bare-bones service program providing general technical support and software updates to laboratories that do not require priority customer care and fast response time to service calls (48 hour response guarantee). Basic service is ideal for labs using OMICS Step 1, Rx Calculation software. Labs using the OMICS management solution (combinations of OMICS Steps 1, 2, 3 and/or 4) should consider enrollment in the OSI Partner Program or Enhanced Service to better support the needs of a full service optical lab environment.
